Fozia's Flowers is a professional florist offering fresh flowers, arrangements, gifts, and related services. Our website allows you to browse and purchase a variety of floral products for different occasions, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, sympathy, corporate events, and more.

• Order Processing: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Orders are prepared according to the requested delivery or pickup date, subject to product availability and our operating schedule.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other secure payment methods made available through our website.
• Pricing: All prices on our website are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and other charges will be shown at checkout before you finalize your order.
• Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled before preparation has begun or before the order has been dispatched for delivery. Once preparation has started, or the order is already out for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.

• We hand-deliver floral arrangements and gifts within our local delivery area in and around Hamden, Connecticut. • We may also provide delivery to nearby towns including Branford, Cheshire, Madison, New Haven, North Haven, Northford, and West Haven.
• Special Locations: Delivery may also be available to hospitals, nursing homes, funeral homes, assisted living facilities, businesses, schools, and other locations within our service area, subject to the policies and access rules of the receiving location.
• Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on the recipient's address and will be shown at checkout before the order is completed.

• Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily same-day cutoff, subject to product availability, delivery capacity, and the recipient's location.
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after the same-day cutoff may be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
• Special Requests & Time-Sensitive Orders: For weddings, funerals, events, and other time-sensitive occasions, please place your order as early as possible and provide complete delivery instructions. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested delivery windows, but exact delivery times are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by us.
• Holiday Deliveries: During major floral holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, order volume may be significantly higher. We recommend ordering in advance. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed during peak holiday periods.

• Accurate Information is Required: Please make sure the recipient's full name, complete address, apartment or suite number, and working phone number are correct. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays or additional charges.
• Recipient Not Available: If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will use reasonable judgment based on weather, safety, the type of arrangement, and the delivery location. Depending on the circumstances, we may:
  1. Leave the arrangement in a safe and protected location.
  2. Leave the order with a doorman, receptionist, front desk, or another authorized person.
  3. Leave the flowers with a neighbor when appropriate and notify the recipient.
  4. Contact the recipient or sender to arrange another delivery attempt.
• Redelivery Fees: If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, restricted access, recipient unavailability, or other circumstances outside our control, an additional delivery fee may apply for another delivery attempt.

Customers may choose store pickup when available. Please wait until your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

• Fresh Flower Issues: If your floral arrangement arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a significant quality issue, please contact us at 203-393-9187 within 24 hours of delivery. Photos may be requested so we can properly evaluate the issue.
• Resolution: Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.
• Order Cancellations: Orders may generally be canceled before preparation begins. Cancellations may not be available once flowers have been processed, designed, customized, or dispatched for delivery.
• Perishable Products: Because flowers and plants are perishable, returns are generally not accepted after delivery. We will, however, work with you to address legitimate quality or fulfillment concerns.
• Specialty Items: Non-perishable specialty items may be eligible for return within 7 days of receipt if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Original and return delivery or shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Product Availability: Flowers, plants, containers, and gift items are subject to seasonal and market availability. Some products shown online may become unavailable without notice.
• Flower Substitutions: When necessary, we may substitute flowers with a similar variety, color, or style while maintaining the overall look, feel, and value of the arrangement as closely as reasonably possible.
• Container & Accessory Substitutions: Vases, baskets, ribbons, decorative elements, and other accessories may be substituted with a similar item of comparable style and value when the exact item shown is unavailable.
• Holiday & Seasonal Designs: During periods of high demand, substitutions may be more extensive because of limited flower and container availability.

Product photos on our website are intended to represent the overall style, size, and appearance of an arrangement. Because flowers are natural products, variations in color, size, shape, bloom stage, and placement are normal. Each arrangement is handcrafted and may not be identical to the photograph shown.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing a purchase, including the recipient's name, address, phone number, delivery date, card message, product selection, and any special instructions. Fozia's Flowers is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery schedules may be affected by severe weather, road conditions, emergencies, building restrictions, hospital or funeral home policies, traffic, power outages, supplier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery as soon as conditions allow.
